Maggie Wilson

Maggie joined Owen Farm Services in 2022 after a project management career in the oil and gas industry. A graduate of the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University, she became Managing Director in September 2025.

She leads the team in delivering the clear, practical advice OFS is known for, while following agricultural policy and using farm data to make IACS, biodiversity and habitat information easier to understand. Away from work, Maggie is a keen curler and a two-time silver medallist at the Scottish Women’s Curling Championships.

Eilidh Kennedy

Eilidh joined Owen Farm Services in 2019. Having grown up on her family dairy farm, she studied Agriculture at SRUC and brings that practical understanding to every client conversation.

Her work spans livestock compliance, ROMS mobility scoring, slurry and manure management, nutrient and NVZ records, business plans, grant applications, specialist advice funding and carbon audits. Outside work, Eilidh enjoys horse riding.

Natasha provides practical support across bookkeeping, livestock records, data management and the day-to-day coordination that keeps work moving. Her focus is accuracy, reliability and a system that makes sense to the farm using it.

Dairy Industry Consultant

Tracey Roan

Tracey joined Owen Farm Services in March 2025 with extensive experience in agricultural policy and the dairy sector. As a former Dairy Policy Manager at NFU Scotland and manager of the Scottish Dairy Hub, she brings valuable knowledge of milk contracts, regulation and industry collaboration.

Tracey farms near Dalbeattie with her husband and two children, milking 240 pedigree Holsteins under the Colvend prefix. At OFS she also facilitates our partnership with the Digital Dairy Chain, helping turn dairy innovation into practical work for the sector.

She serves as the independent Scottish board member at CIS and represents Muller Yew Tree suppliers on the Muller Milk Group. A strong advocate for milk’s role in nutrition and sport, Tracey has also competed in Strong Woman events.

Patricia McKerlie

Patricia joined Owen Farm Services in July 2023 after studying Agriculture at SRUC Barony and SRUC Edinburgh.

She works closely with the senior consultants across IACS applications, livestock records, carbon audits and specialist advice funding. Away from work, Patricia enjoys working with and showing her flock of pedigree Suffolk sheep.

Trainee Agricultural Consultant

Calum Hyslop

Calum joined Owen Farm Services in May 2025. He grew up on his family beef and sheep farm and studied Agriculture at SRUC Barony.

Working alongside the consultancy team, Calum supports IACS applications, soil sampling, carbon audits, grant applications and specialist advice funding. Outside work, he helps on the family farm and is part of his local Young Farmers club.

Morven Nelson

Morven joined Owen Farm Services in July 2025 after studying Rural Business Management at SRUC Edinburgh and completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural Professional Practice at SRUC Aberdeen.

She works closely with Eilidh and Natasha across agricultural management and farm administration, including IACS applications, livestock records, biodiversity plans and carbon audits. Morven also helps organise events through her local Young Farmers committee.

Software Developer

Laudy Prentice

Laudy creates and maintains software that makes the team’s work more efficient. By working directly with colleagues and agricultural businesses, he turns real operational problems into practical digital tools, applications and websites.

He is particularly interested in technology that simplifies data management and removes repetitive work. Away from development, Laudy enjoys playing guitar, exploring new technology, listening to podcasts and spending time with family.
